About

Lesley   Bradshaw   Pilates   has   been   at   the   forefront   of   Pilates development   for   almost   17   years,   having   trained   with   some of the leading voices in the international Pilates movement. Whether    working    with    clients    who    wish    to    improve    their general    fitness,    sport    specific,    or    supporting    you    through your    rehabilitation,    Lesley’s    knowledge    of    evolving    Pilates practices   and   techniques   will   help   you   achieve   your   personal goals.      Based   at   her   fully   equipped   Lincolnshire   Pilates   Studio, Lesley’s   clients   are   able   to   participate   in   small   sized   classes, one   to   one   or   duets,   focusing   on   mat,   equipment   based   or myofascial release activity.  Outdoor      Nordic-Walking      classes      in      the      surrounding Lincolnshire   countryside   will   give   clients   a   full   body   workout burning    up    to    46%    more    calories    than    ordinary    walking through   practised   technique.      Pilates   and   Nordic   walking   go hand   in   hand   to   create   a   fantastic   balance   of   exercise   for   the human body.
Nordic walking Lesley   will   take   you   out   into   her   sleepy   country   lanes   and   grassy   paths   through willow    groves    and    woods,    while    expertly    guiding    you    in    the    joy    of    Nordic walking.    Its    not    just    an    exercise    for    the    legs,    but    a    great    activity    for strengthening    your    core;    firming    up    those    'bat    wings'    and    just    generally working   the   whole   upper   body.   Lesley   starts   the   90   minute   session   with   warm up   exercises   and   then   gets   you   walking   to   encourage   a   natural   rhythm   before coaching   nordic   technique.   The   distraction   of   the   Lincolnshire   countryside   and its wildlife, not to mention the natter amongst friends makes the time fly!   Nicola Van Lennop
