Pilates    has    been    widely    experienced    by    many,    those    returning    to exercises   after   illness   or   trauma   to   the   highly   tuned   athlete.   Over   the last   decade   mat   work   classes   have   more   consistently   become   part   of our   weekly   routine,   our   increased   awareness   for   a   balanced   mind   and body   in   our   exercise   and   daily   habits   has   had   life   changing   results.         The range   of   exercises   that   are   skilfully   woven   together   in   each   mat   class will   improve   your   posture   and   alignment.      My   goal   is   to   help   you   create a      stronger      leaner      body      without      tension      producing      effortless movement.
