What John Says….. I   have   been   going   to   the   Men’s   Pilates   classes   for   over   3   years,   my   original   intent   was really only to do a few months…. Having   played   sports   all   my   life   I   didn’t   think   it   would   be   robust   or   energetic   enough   for a bloke (primarily thought Pilates was for Ladies).  How wrong was I ?? It   only   took   a   few   weeks   to   realize   that   something   good   was   happening,   my   flexibility and   core   strength   started   to   improve   helping   my   posture,   and   I   also   started   to   sleep better. After   2   years   I   became   so   convinced   of   the   benefits   that   I   started   to   do   one   to   one sessions   with   Lesley.      This   has   helped   to   combat   the   negative   effects   of   modern   living (driving   and   computers)   but   better   still   my   golf   has   improved.         The   sessions   are   terrific, Lesley   designs   the   hour   to   suit   my   needs   which   is   both   an   interesting   and   intense   work out using the reformer, cadillac, stability chair and other pieces of equipment. Not   only   is   Lesley   very   friendly   and   welcoming   she   is   also   very   knowledgeable   in   her field.      Her   enthusiasm   is   infectious   and   whilst   we   can   and   indeed   do   have   great   fun   in her   classes,   she   is   a   dedicated   professional   and   therefore   goes   about   her   job   in   a   very disciplined manner. Lesley’s   studio   is   also   absolutely   first   class.      Beautiful   location   out   in   the   country,   easy parking    and    is    teeming    with    all    the    latest    equipment.    I    have    no    hesitation    in recommending Lesley Bradshaw. Mens Pilates Class The    class    is    designed    to help   the   male   population to    lengthen,    strengthen,      and   gain   some   flexibility helping    all    of    the    tight areas      that      are      often created      through      sport and everyday activities.
