Nordic walking is a full body workout using over 90% of your muscles in a biomechanically correct way Can burn up to 46% more calories compared to walking without poles Improves cardio fitness Strengthens core muscles as well as legs and upper body Releases tension in the neck and shoulder area Reduces impact on your joints Improves posture and gait Nordic    walking    can    be    done    anywhere    -    it    is    based    on active   walking   good   posture   &   pole   technique.      This   is   a fun     way     to     exercise     in     the     beautiful     Lincolnshire countryside    only    a    short    distance    from    Lincoln,    take    in some fresh air and make a few new friends !
